This beautiful fisherman`s cabin was built new in 2019. Bygga has three bedrooms, spread over two floors, as well as a modern kitchen and bathroom.

2016 newly developed cabins directly on the water. Very good and efficient service.
Boats up to 24ft and 150hp outboard partly with roof on the cab. 200l tank. Beautiful filleting room and large freezers. Fishing equipment can be borrowed. Shopping around the corner, 5min walk. Grandiose nature, hiking with great views.

Perfect warm big house with everything for good and happy holidays. Amazing view to fjord. Not far away from main trekking mountains, beaches. 8 km to the Leknes. Great place!

Lottebua

Lottebua is one of our favourites! The location of this rorbu is absolutely perfect with a view of both the harbour and the mountains here at Ballstad. In summer, this apartment has both morning and evening sun on the terrace, and in winter, the first parquet to see the northern lights dance in the sky, magical!

Lottebua is a modern rorbu, which was ready in March 2019.

This rorbu has three bedrooms, one of them on the loft. The living room and kitchen go together, and the bathroom is large and nice. For up to six people.

Annebua

Cosy Annebua is located on the 2nd floor of the main building here at Hemmingodden, at the very edge of the quay. This apartment has three bedrooms, living room, kitchen and a modern and spacious bathroom. You can enjoy the wonderful view from the terrace, overlooking Ballstad harbour and majestic mountains.

Annebua was upgraded to modern standards in 2015, but it still has a lot of that old soul. This fisherman`s cabin is a favourite for many of our guests (and employees). Suitable for up to seven people.

This rorbu was named after Anne Nilsen, grandmother of Trond-Ketil, who owns Hemmingodden Lodge today.

Egnerbua

Egnerbua is a gem! In this beautiful apartement, placed on the far end of the quay, you can enjoy the amazing view of the inner harbour and mountains surrounding Ballstad.

Egnerbua comes with its own terrace on the ground floor. It has modern kitchen and bathroom, two bedrooms with three beds in each room, and a gorgeous view.

In this section of the building, the fishermen were hooking the long-line for fishing until 2017, hence the name Egnerbua. Suitable for up to six people.
